We have all seen the pictures of the incredible damage caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The shipping industry is also affected by this disaster. There are more than ten ports in Japan that have been damaged by this natural disaster. Following are pictures of a severely damaged container port. I don't think that loading and unloading container ships will resume soon!
